This course in photography is aimed at the young and adventurous at heart who
seek to improve the quality of their photographs and want to know more about
their cameras and photography in general, with the ultimate goal of achieving
satisfying photographic results.

It is run on Saturday mornings (8am - 12pm) over a 4 week period and every
session includes a theory as well as practical component. Each week the class
meets at a coffee shop venue around Cape Town to discuss photographic theory
and then class goes on a walk-about to put into practice what they’ve learnt.

Theory is only a small component of photography. What makes photography
come alive, is the practical component - therefore, exercise is key to getting to
know your equipment, lighting, composition, etc. as you explore the endless
possibilities of photography.
